The Death Penalty Project

The Death Penalty Project undertakes strategic litigation at a national level, in criminal and constitutional proceedings in the Caribbean and Africa. At an International level, the Project submits individual and group applications to international human rights bodies such as the UN Human Rights Committee and the Inter-American Commission and Court of Human Rights.
