Commonwealth Caribbean Human Rights Seminar
Belize, 12-14 September 2000
With the support of Penal Reform International, the FCO and The Ministry of the Attorney General in Belize, Simons Muirhead and Burton organised an international human rights conference in Belize City from September 12-14, 2000. Papers focussing on the death penalty, trial rights and justice were given by experts from Barbados, Belize, the UK and the US.
