On the 21st of January, The Death Penalty Project organised and hosted a lecture delivered by Professor Roger Hood entitled ‘Towards Global Abolition of the Death Penalty: Progress and Prospects’, which provided an optimistic survey and analysis of the progress in relation to the restriction and abolition of the death penalty worldwide. The event, held at the Inner Temple, was attended by over 100 guests.
